This policy explains how Orbisway Logistics and Transportation ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit this website, request a quote or use our services. We are the data controller for this information.

• Quote and contact requests: your name, phone number, email address, collection and delivery locations, dates, details of the items to be moved and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: your phone number or email address and the content of your messages.
• Bookings: the details needed to carry out the job, such as addresses, access information and contact details for the person at collection or delivery.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To arrange and carry out your collection, delivery or move (performance of a contract).
• To keep business and accounting records (legal obligation).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to this.

Who we share it with

• Our email provider, which delivers quote requests submitted through this website to us.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way. Their own privacy policy applies to messages sent through their service.

How long we keep it

We don't store enquiries on this website. Quote requests are sent to our business email, and WhatsApp messages and calls stay on our business phone. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoicing records are kept for 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
